The principal of The Jones Law Firm PC, Attorney Will C. Jones IV, has served the Austin - San Antonio corridor for more than three decades, providing sound legal counsel to entities that range from small businesses to large corporations, as well as providing counsel to individuals. He founded The Jones Law Firm PC to help real people solve real problems and has compiled a hand-picked team of results-driven attorneys focused on personal service.
As a Texas law firm, we focus our practice on a wide range of civil legal matters, but primarily handle the transactional side of utility regulation, water, oil and gas, and other real property matters; we also assist Texas families with business and estate plans.

Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas, Mr. Jones has also been a licensed Texas professional engineer since 1981.
Representative experience includes:
- negotiation of oil and gas leases
- facilitation of joint operating agreements for oil and gas operators
- execution of water utility service agreements between water utilities and developers
- advising regulated entities on regulatory compliance at the state and federal levels
- serving as outside general counsel for oil and gas companies, water supply corporations, and small businesses
This has been bolstered by time spent acting as securities counsel for publicly-traded oil and gas exploration companies, as well experience in negotiating purchase and sales of producing assets.
